HR Assistant

My client, a global FTSE 100 organisation is seeking an experienced HR Assistant/Administrator to join them on a 3 month interim. Reporting into the HRBP, you will be the first point of contact for any enquiries, act as a 'Superuser' of the systems usedand support an all HR activities including but not limited to:

  • Talent Review
  • Resourcing
  • Year end performance calibration and reward process
  • Organisation change

This is an exciting opportunity for someone that has:

  • Demonstrable experience within a similar role
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working within a global, matrix environment
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines

This role is based in Sunbury but will require some travel to St James Square.
