We are looking to recruit an experienced applications support analyst who has a broad technical foundation that will include a experience of working in a Linux / Unix environment.
To be a success in this role you will need a good command of Linux and to be an experienced application support analyst. If you have supported Cloud based / hosted applications that would be an advantage as would being familiar with working to ITIL standards. In addition to the Linux experience the real key is excellent communication skills and a strong customer service ethic.
In this role you will be providing 2nd line support for a suite of Cloud hosted applications. You will be dealing with users with a broad range of technical capability and you will need to be able communicate effectively and ensure clients are listened to and feel confident that their issues will be resolved.

You’ll work on various deliveries, from pricing, analyzing market movement, and market data management, utilizing numerous distinct Java tools that enhance the different issues that need tackling.

    About the Java Developer - Equity Derivatives - Multi-Threading team:

    Operating in the Front Office, the team develop major eMarkets and eTrading functions, using unique systems and tech to enhance business functions. Prior business knowledge isn’t essential, but ability to strongly communicate with the business is a must. The main technology in the team is Java.
