My Client is a leader in global banking and financial services and is seeking a Process Analyst to work within their Human Resources Transformation department. This role will require the right candidate to develop a revised process framework which will underpin the execution of the HR Strategy across the organization. The main emphasis of this role will be the design and delivery of the process framework.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive the strategy and approach for a global BPM tool deployment
  • Capture and standardise all HR processes to recognise business process standard, designing and implementing a best in class HR taxonomy
  • Support and define the required governance and access for the tool and associated change control for business processes
  • Design and execute global and regional process capture sprint workshops, facilitating the capture of the companies specific requirements in parallel to local regulatory or pay impacting requirements
  • Define an appropriate training model to build process management capability across the function, supporting the transition of the tool into BAU
  • Develop relationships with colleagues and stake holders across the companies program team and beyond to ensure successful implementation of the process modelling tool and agreed standards for business
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute against the agreed scope and timeline

Person Specification:

  • Demonstrable experience of global implementations for process modelling tools
  • Strong knowledge and experience in processes capture and associated taxonomy design/ BPM standards
  • Sound knowledge of HR core processes
  • Effective inter-personal and influencing skills with an ability to operate with a broad range of HR and business stakeholders
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to bring dry subject matter to life in terms that the business relates to

In addition to the above person specification experience and understanding in the below areas would be advantageous:

  • Experience of Blueworks Live process modelling
  • Understanding of Lean and associated execution principles
  • Proven track record of operating in a fast-paced Financial Services environment
