SQL Server/.NET Developer

Our client, a Tier 1 investment banking group is seeking an experienced SQL Server/.NET Developer to join the team based in the London.

Main duties and purpose of the role:

  • To work on an identified list of functional and non-functional improvements.
  • To work closely with the application business owner to ensure changes have the required impact.
  • To manage all aspects of testing to ensure successful deployment of changes.
  • To adhere to agreed standards of development and release/deployment.
  • Support users as required during UAT.

Skills and Experience:

  • SQL Server development
  • SSIS
  • .Net Server Side & .net Web based GUI development

    Our client is one of the world’s largest networks of audit, tax and consulting firms with a large Marketing function based in their London HQ. Reporting to the UK Digital Communications Manager, you will be collaborating on ideas and initiatives and act as a digital advocate across the firm.

    You will be given autonomy to develop your own ideas and shape some of your own projects with an aim to achieve one of their key business objectives, drive innovation and evolve their presence on social media.

    You will:

    • Lead digital projects from start to finish including executing their paid social strategy and developing their social listening initiatives.
    • Collaborate across teams on the planning and execution of the social content within multi-channel digital campaigns.
    • Write, edit and post digital content across organic and paid social channels.
    • Report and analyse channel / audience / content related data to derive understanding on customer journeys, audience trends and how to optimise conversions for business goals.
    • Manage stakeholders across all levels and areas of the business.
    • Present digital team updates, project updates or sharing digital best practice and analytics to various stakeholders across the business.

    To be successful, you will have:

    • Experience in social media as a partial or full focus of a previous role, ideally 3-4 years.
    • Some experience in social listening.
    • Experience in developing and managing social strategy using one or more of the following; Hootsuite, Sociabble, YouTube, LinkedIn – with Sales Navigator experience advantageous, Twitter or Instagram.
    • Experience or education with a writing focus, ideally with a portfolio of written work to share.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong analytical skills and comfortable analysing data and deriving meaning from it.
