What you will be doing:

  • Delivering high quality code under the direction of a project manager/team lead.
  • Cooperating with various teams and liaise with senior technical colleagues.
  • Working in an “Agile” context and supporting server-side applications (third-level support)
  • Ensuring that all activities are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements.



What you will need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or related field.
  • Strong MS SQL and SQL knowledge with the willingness to learn further mainstream languages.
  • Solid stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the business.
  • Linux /Perl knowledge would be advantageous

    I am currently looking for an experienced Test Lead (SAP) join a top organisation based in Derbyshire. The role will be a contract role and will be working on a new project within the business.

    Responsibilities-

    • Leading a team of testers within a large organisation, ensuring that all deliverables are met
    • Prioritise several deliverables, whilst dealing with other priorities, and effectively collaborate with stakeholders
    • Reviewing test environment configuration, availability and security to ensure smooth execution of E2E testing
    • Have strong hands on experience/ understanding of; business testing, regression testing, performance testing, smoke testing, system integration testing & production cutover
    • Recommend the appropriate tools and identify areas that are suitable for automation and manual
    • Work within an agile/ waterfall environment

    Essential skills/ experience

    • Prior experience leading E2E testing of applications
