Systems Administrator (Desktop Support - 1st /2nd / 3rd line support)

I'm currently recruiting for a Systems Administrator who can work for a leading start up based in based in London. The company are currently 150+ people and are looking for the right people to help them grow.

This role will be focused on End User support proving 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to the business.

Skills required -

  • Experience providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Strong Networking skills
  • Experience maintaining, managing and upgrading software
  • Automating laptop setup on both Windows and Macs using InTune
  • PowerShell
  • Office 365 & Active Directory
  • Azure a nice to have
