Role: Early Careers Officer – Maternity Cover
Our client, a leading Law organisation, is urgently recruiting an Early Careers Officer to join their HR team covering maternity cover.
This role is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to expand their career and play a crucial part in this 360 role, developing their early careers across the business.
Some duties include:
- Coordinate the recruitment and selection process, including candidate attraction, sifting applications, designing, arranging, and attending assessment days, attending interviews, drafting offer correspondence, and presenting offers and feedback to candidates
- Organise and facilities vacation scheme.
- Take ownership of the early careers social media campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Managing their online application system.
- Facilitate the appraisal process.
- Facilitate monthly progress meetings.
- Develop and implement changes & improvements to the apprenticeship scheme.
Candidate Requirement:
- Experience in Early Careers in Law is crucial.
- Solid understanding of the Legal industry.
- Passion for implementing graduate programmes.
- Experience and knowledge of early careers recruitment and programmes
- Excellent and articulate communications skills
- Good stakeholder management at all levels
- Excellent project management experience
- Good attention to detail
- Proactive and hardworking
