Talent Acquisition Lead
Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join a financial services organisation to take responsibility for supporting on all hiring requirements across the organisation. This is a UK centric organisation of 800 FTE and they are seeking to hire a commercial, disrupter in the talent acquisition space to help them build a more diverse and forward-thinking organisation. High level credibility, innovative thinking, stakeholder engagement and excellent delivery capability both direct and through the engagement of the third parties are critical to success in this role.
Must have prior in-house experience.
Duties:
- Deliver against hiring plan, deliver against diverse talent acquisition strategy
- Consult with senior business stakeholders advising on the talent acquisition strategies and tailor approach subject to requirements
- Actively manage open positons across the business and embed appropriate sourcing solutions
- Deliver internal and external recruitment information and updates to the business using data, reporting and intel
- Build talent pools for the organisation from the passive and non-passive candidate markets
- Recommend and use appropriate channels and assess the success and opportunity in those channels for the business to support a diverse hiring strategy
- Hire diverse candidates, attract diverse candidates and become a diversity champion
- Be a critical strategist within talent acquisition driving innovative solutions to enable to business to meet collective goals and objectives

Senior Platform Services Analyst
Senior Platform Services Analyst – London – Hybrid
A Global Financial Services provider working at the heart of the world’s financial, energy and commodities markets covering FX, Rates, Credit, Equities and Energy & Commodities are looking for a Senior Platform Services Analyst to join their team in London.
Clients include banks, insurance companies, pension and hedge funds, asset managers, energy producers and refiners, as well as risk and compliance managers and charities.
Responsibilities:
- Working within a shift rota to provide support coverage from 7am – 6pm
- Contribute towards ‘follow the sun’ support model, working closely with global teams in APAC and US to ensure pre-market health checks are performed for each region
- Perform regional start of day health checks to ensure all members are connected to the platform
- Utilising proprietary tools, provide daily application support and troubleshooting for platform members and internal users, escalating to Development teams appropriately
- Daily interaction with all internal stakeholders with regards to support issues

Skills:

- Solid application support experience within a Unix / Linux environment
- Good working knowledge of the FIX protocol
- Proven experience of supporting Windows Server environments
- Experience in troubleshooting network problems: i.e. firewall and routing problems
- Good understanding of international Equity market mechanics and flows
Desirable:
- Exposure to supporting message-based architecture
- Working knowledge of at least one buy-side or sell-side Order Management System
- Good understanding of Fixed Income market mechanics and flows
