Seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 12 month FTC to support the EMEA and APAC regions on all hiring requirements for a leading international SaaS company. The role requires someone with strong experience of hiring both sales & technical roles and will need to be someone who is able to operate autonomously as the role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition based in the US. This is a fast-pace and exciting environment and is a great opportunity to an experienced recruiter with high level credibility, stakeholder engagement and excellent direct delivery capability.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against hiring plan for the EMEA & APAC regions building a sourcing strategy through blended means both direct and through third party engagement
  • Consult with senior business stakeholders advising on the talent acquisition strategies and tailor approach subject to requirements
  • Use creative sourcing techniques leveraging networks and on line platforms to ensure the best talent is attracted to the organisation
  • Deliver internal and external recruitment information and updates to the business using data, reporting and intel
  • Build talent pools for the organisation from the passive and non-passive candidate markets
  • Manage full recruitment cycle from creating job descriptions, advertising sourcing and screening candidates and management of offer/approval processes
  • Hiring diverse candidates, attracting diverse candidates and becoming a diversity champion



Skills

  • Proven track record of recruiting in an in-house Tech/SaaS organisation or as an experienced agency recruiter seeking to move in-house with experience in hiring for this sector
  • Credibility to work with hiring managers and HR partners
  • Understanding of end to end recruitment processes and practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Diversity mind set and excellent skills in identifying and engaging diverse candidates
  • Ability to deliver in a fast paced environment with multiple conflicting priorities

    • Continually drive improvement and provide supporting metrics to stakeholders to demonstrate progress


    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a test role
    • Financial services experience – in particular, wrap products (pension (SIPP), ISA and general account) desirable
    • Test lead experience preferred – but with the ability to remain hands on
    • Experience of both waterfall and agile delivery would be an advantage, as this role has exposure to both
    • 3rd party supplier experience, ideally with heavy integration
    • Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical partners

    My banking client is looking to secure a new operational risk partner to join their Operational risk department. The banks operational risk department is accountable for supporting the management of Operational and conduct risk within the bank. Providing guidance, support and assurance to senior management.

    The role itself involves:

    • The role itself is to ensure that the company has a comprehensive and accurate view of its risks.
    • Providing guidance, support and assurance to senior management.
    • The operational risk partner works within a growing and experienced risk management team who is accountable for ensuring a high quality analysis, advice and guidance on the management of operational and conduct risk.
    • To provide operations with quality support in their management of all operational and conduct related risks through implementation and embedding of the different risk management processes and initiatives

    The ideal candidate should have these key skills:

    • Keeping colleagues informed with new procedures for incident reporting and to help them in their ongoing management of incidents that have occurred.
    • Providing support to departments that are in the process of dealing with incidents by ensuring the right procedures are being taken.

  • Senior Java Developer Digital Retail Banking
    £95000 - £105000 per annum + + 15% Pension + Bens

    European retail banking firm seeks a Java Developer for a permanent position paying up to £105,000 within the firms highly agile Java development team based in London.

    The team is responsible for the development of the Core Banking Digital Platforms including Risk, Payments, Lending and Customer Data. They are in the process of expansion and require an additional Java Developer providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle with an emphasis using the latest Java technology stacks.
