I am seeking an experienced in-house Talent Acquisition Partner on behalf of my client operating within the Real Estate sector. This role will responsible for supporting on all hiring requirements for roles in the corporate headquarters. This is a fast-pace and exciting environment and is a great opportunity to an experienced recruiter with high level credibility and excellent delivery capability both direct and through the engagement of the third parties. Experience of hiring across Europe in Germany, Spain, France and the Netherlands would be advantageous, although the majority of roles will be London based.

Duties:

  • Deliver against hiring plan, deliver global and regional strategy for the UK & EMEA
  • Managing appropriate hiring approvals processes in liaison with Business Managers, Finance Officers and the MD of HR for EMEA
  • Actively managing open positons across the business and geographies across EMEA
  • Deliver internal and external recruitment information and updates to the business using data, reporting and intel
  • Build talent pools for the organisation from the passive and non-passive candidate markets
  • Recommending and using appropriate channels and assessing the success and opportunity in those channels for the business
  • Management of recruitment agencies and/or external search partners where appropriate
  • Executing against best in class assessment, selection and hiring methodology
  • Hiring diverse candidates, attracting diverse candidates and becoming a diversity champion

Skills

  • Experience of recruiting within real estate or investment management both hands on and via engagement of agencies
  • Knowledge of EMEA recruiting landscape and context as well as London
  • Working with different cultures and understanding across EMEA
  • Credibility to work with hiring managers and HR partners
  • Understanding of end to end recruitment processes and practices
  • Managing candidate pipelines for scarce talent across multiple corporate functions
  • Knowledge and understanding of working with recruitment partners and search firms
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Diversity mind set and excellent skills in identifying and engaging diverse candidates

  • IT Project Manager - BPR - Brussels, Belgium (contract)
    £315 - £399 per day

    A government agency based in Brussels, Belgium is currently looking for a number of IT Project Manager on a contract basis. You will be working on a multi year digital programme that will involve you performing Business Process Reengineering activities to contribute to the optimisation of processes.

    Therefore it is essential that all applicants have IT Project Management and Business Process Reengineering experience. The client is also looking for someone with stron education credentials, with a Masters degree being the minimum requirement.

    On a day to day basis, you will be involved in -

    • Present proposals for project approach, scheduling, mission description as well as the project's finalisation, risk analysis and reporting, ensure the monitoring and organisation

    • Calculate the different costs of the project, monitor the schedule and the budget in order to avoid any extra costs so that the budget match the requested mission

    • Assist the persons in the development and implementation of the project, verification of the work carried out

    • Manage the procedures change in order to be compliant with the project initiators

    • Provide inspiring leadership to members so that each person gives the best of his technical know-how
