I am seeking an experienced in-house Talent Acquisition Partner on behalf of my client within the fin tech space. This role will responsible for supporting on all hiring requirements for an aligned business function and experience supporting hiring within technology, sales, corporate functions and operations would be useful. This is a fast-pace and exciting environment and is a great opportunity to an experienced recruiter with high level credibility, stakeholder engagement and excellent delivery capability both direct and through the engagement of the third parties.

Must have experience prior in-house experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver against hiring plan, deliver global and regional strategy
  • Consult with senior business stakeholders advising on the talent acquisition strategies and tailor approach subject to requirements
  • Actively managing open positons across the business and geographies
  • Deliver internal and external recruitment information and updates to the business using data, reporting and intel
  • Build talent pools for the organisation from the passive and non-passive candidate markets
  • Recommending and using appropriate channels and assessing the success and opportunity in those channels for the business
  • Hiring diverse candidates, attracting diverse candidates and becoming a diversity champion
  • Being part of the Global TA structure in the organisation, participating in cross business initiatives, driving collective goals and objectives

Skills

  • Experience of recruiting within fintech, financial services, data or technology sector
  • Knowledge of global recruiting landscapes and context in a similar function to customer operations
  • Credibility to work with hiring managers and HR partners
  • Understanding of end to end recruitment processes and practices
  • Managing candidates
  • Knowledge and understanding of working with recruitment partners and search firms
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Diversity mind set and excellent skills in identifying and engaging diverse candidates
  • Being part of virtual teams

  • OTC Derivatives Test Engineer - Financial Services - Contract

    I am currently looking for an OTC Derivatives Test Engineer to join a top financial organisation based in London. The role will be a contract role and will be working on a new project within the business.

    Responsibilities

    Perform functional and regression testing

    Automate regression test automation suite
