I am seeking a Talent Analytics specialist for a 12month contract for one of my clients within Financial Services.

This role forms part of the EMEA Talent Practice Team whose core activities include talent analytics, talent management and succession planning, the core learning curriculum (including compliance and regulatory training), career development, employee engagement and region-wide diversity & inclusion initiatives.

In recent years the Talent Analytics team have helped the organisation make strategic people decisions and the appetite for data-led insights continues to grow. They are looking for an analytics specialist to maintain this momentum and continue building HR’s data analytics capability. The role will support several established EMEA wide initiatives as well as new projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Diversity: The organisation is part of an initiative aiming to increase the number of senior women within financial service firms. Talent Analytics are the custodians of this data and responsible for the creation of quarterly business packs to demonstrate progress against targets.
  • Engagement: Analyse quantitative and qualitative data from talent management processes including Employee surveys – support the Talent Practice Team with ad-hoc reporting based on the needs of internal customer groups.
  • Talent Planning: Administer and provide technical support for regional talent planning. Accumulate and own all talent planning data for EMEA – evaluating and validating the findings.
  • Self-Service: continue to drive the self-service model across the International Talent Team. Own and manage all current cloud based dashboards including Learning, Talent and Understanding your population.
  • Manager Capability: Assess our current manager population and identify areas of opportunity for development. Collate data from multiple sources, conduct statistical analysis and communicate insights.
  • Build additional Talent Dashboards: Continue the work to improve accessibility and effectiveness of talent analytics through the creation of additional Tableau dashboards
  • Learning analytics: Bring thought leadership around measuring, collecting and analysing learning data to optimize our learning offering.
  • Continuing automation of existing processes and reports.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Ability to interpret data/ analyse trends and communicate your findings to your key stakeholders
  • Proficient in Tableau – experience managing and updating established dashboards as well as creating new data visualisations that tell the story of the data
  • Strong Excel skills (e.g. data indexing, pivot tables and charts, compound formulas)
  • Experience and proficiency in descriptive statistical analysis (e.g. correlation, regression analysis, etc.).

Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced matrix organization. Strong attention to detail, collaborative and ability to multi task and adapt quickly to changing demands

  • Implementation Manager
    £450 - £550 per day


    Implementation Project Manager (Software Applications / Data Migration)

    Market leading Investment Management client is looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Implementation / Project Manager with a track record of successful software and data migration projects (not infrastructure please). This role will be based in Edinburgh City Centre and will be offered on an initial 6 month basis, but with a view to extend.

    What does the role entail?

    • Working with project, tech and business leads to define implementation strategy.
    • Liaising with tech delivery, operations and test teams to ensure appropriate consideration of priorities and constraints.
    • Overseeing the process from migration to live operations.
    • Managing the creation, maintenance, configuration control and storage of the migration process.


    What experience will the ideal candidate have?

    • Experience of technical/operational implementation delivery and change management.
    • Management experience e.g. will have overseen large scale IT implementations.
    • Strong data migration experience
    • Experience of platform configuration and release management
    • Experience of working with 3rd party providers

    I am ideally looking for candidates who are able to start immediately although 4 week's notice will be considered. The role will pay up to £550 per day for the correct candidate.

  • Automation Test Lead (Java/ C#) - FinTech - Permanent

    I am currently looking for an Automation Test Lead (Java/ C#) to join a top FinTech organisation based in London/ Surrey. The role will be a permanent role and will be working on a new project within the business.

    Responsiblities

    Prepare test cases corresponding to business and functional requirements

    Devise and carry out both manual and automated tests to establish the quality of the software under test

    Prepare Test Data and Test Case execution

    Log, prioritise, and track defects

    Work with the Project Manager, Test Leads and Agile Leads

    Skills Required

    Strong automation testing/ lead experience

    Ability to set up automation frameworks from scratch using Selenium and Java/ C#

    Extensive knowledge of automating, debugging and maintaining API tests using SOAP UI/Ready API

    Significant API Testing experience using Postman, Swagger and other API testing tools

    Expertise in identifying and documenting defects using JIRA

    Familiar with writing SQL queries and Shell scripting to generate test artifacts

    Location - London/ Surrey

    Role - Permanent

    Salary - £50,000 - £70,000
