Seeking a Talent Marketplace Lead to support the implementation and evolution of integration for the Talent Marketplace digital talent solution (Gloat) within a leading global financial services institution. Talent Marketplace is seen as the next iteration to ensure a great employee experience and the continued enablement of skills required for the future framework and roadmap of the business.

The role will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with the business and teams to ensure the successful implementation of Talent Marketplace and the continued integration with the business
  • Supporting the enables of skills for the future framework and roadmap
  • Managing feedback, data and reporting to enable data driven Talent insights
  • Leading strategic planning and integration with a skills based Talent approach
  • Owning the relationship with Gloat and driving technical decision making around configuration options for mandatory releases
  • Driving communication and engagement across various channels within the organisation to optimise the use of the solution

Core skills required:

  • A background and experience within Talent or HR with experience of working on implementation projects for digital solutions and creating new user journeys across regions and countries
  • Ability to partner and influence diverse stakeholder groups and work with external vendors to drive and achieve solutions
  • Experience of leading and influencing as part of a virtual project team structure
  • A passion and drive for embedding and enhancing digital platforms within the HR space
