Team Assistant




I am seeking a Team Assistant to join a fast-paced and exciting fintech organisation to support a number of the senior managers within the Sales team. The role is suited to a focused and process driven individual who will assist in ensuring all secretarial and administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively. Each leader will have a different working style, so flexibility and adaptability are key to success in this role.

  • Act as the first point of contact for the team, screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate, welcome and advise visitors; promoting professional image of the organisation at all times.
  • Proactively contribute to the management of the executive’s time – Including inbox management, diary management, organising appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Facilitate meetings where required and support in taking actions and ensuring follow up.
  • Making travel arrangements and booking accommodation both nationally and internationally.
  • Administering invoices and expenses
  • Assist in putting together monthly Board reports with support from the relevant MD/Directors.
  • Track progress against budgets and analyse variations. Ensure that all relevant activity is updated on the systems


  • Experience / exposure of working as an Executive/Team Assistant within the financial services / technology industry.
  • Experience of handling multiple calls/ a busy switchboard with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Experience of dealing with external vendors and clients, both on the phone and face to face.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook Skills.
  • Prior experience with travel & expense systems.
  • Ability to stay calm, focused and be able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • A good problem solver who is not fazed by ambiguity.
  • Highly organized and methodical in approach but entrepreneurial in spirit.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build good relationships both internally and externally at all levels of seniority and experience and in particular to influence internal colleagues to deliver.
  • Articulate both in written and verbal communication with good attention to detail.
  • An individual who operates with a high level of honesty and integrity.
  • Works at all times with an appropriate level of confidentiality and discretion.

I am seeking an HR Coordinator to join a small European arm of an organisations based in London. This role will be supporting the HR function on all HR Administrative and needs someone who can work in an incredibly fast paced organisation supporting on all aspects of HR.
