Tech Control Officer (VP)

My international banking client is looking to bring a Tech Control Officer into their Belfast office. This is a contract; 3 months long (provisionally)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinating Business as usual activities; managing Risk/Control activities
  • Coordinating the technical components of internal and external audits.
  • Identifying control shortcomings, through self-assessment testing, risk initiatives and BAU meetings. Furthermore, you’ll be reporting and documenting on the trend analysis and initiatives to senior audit.
  • Coordinating the CAP management process

Essential Skills:

  • Experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager
  • 7+ years’ experience in Audit, Information Security/Risk Management
  • Experience of Risk Assessment Self-Assessment/Managers Control Assessment
  • ITIL experience
  • Certifications; CISA, CISSP and PMP
  • Degree required
  • Strong in Microsoft programs; Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint

  • Content Executive
    Up to £35000 per annum

    MG0123 – Content Executive – Professional Services - £35,000 – London

    Our client is one of the world’s largest networks of audit, tax and consulting firms with a large Marketing function based in their London HQ. Reporting to the Brand & Communications Manager, you will be collaborating on ideas and initiatives and play a fundamental role in developing their brand collateral.

    You will be creating, implementing, analysing and optimising their content development. You will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of media platforms and content topics from across the UK firm, and have the creative flair to manage complex implementation.


    • The role is focused on developing strong copy for marketing campaigns and brand activation across the digital and corporate communication platforms.
    • Creating copy and content across a variety of platforms, collaborating with the Corporate Communications team.
    • Share their success with the employees, clients and community so alongside the in-house Internal Communications lead, D&I and CSR advisers and Recruitment teams, you will seek to help shape the people side of the brand firm through the external and internal platforms.
    • You will align closely with the Social Media Executive, and the wider Digital team to develop content which brings PR plans to life, integrating them with the social communication and the new podcast platform.
    • Work closely with the rest of the Brand & Communications and Business Development teams to deliver projects on time, specifically the web, social media, PR, email marketing and internal communications.
    • Be a key member of the Brand & Communications team, contributing effectively to meetings, presentations, projects and work-streams etc, and demonstrating a collaborative approach within the team.


    • With a passion for writing, and inquisitive nature, you will be ace at building brand stories.
    • Degree educated; ideally with a language, editorial or journalist qualification.
    • Minimum five years’ relevant experience, including a combination of working in content and/or communications, in an agency, publishing or corporate environment.
    • Experience translating technical content into engaging thought-provoking messages.
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • A professional, credible and confident communicator, with excellent writing, oral, editorial and proofreading skills.

  • Test Lead (SAP)- Derbyshire- Contract- £350- £400 per day
    £350 - £400 per day

    I am currently looking for an experienced Test Lead (SAP) join a top organisation based in Derbyshire. The role will be a contract role and will be working on a new project within the business.


    • Leading a team of testers within a large organisation, ensuring that all deliverables are met
    • Prioritise several deliverables, whilst dealing with other priorities, and effectively collaborate with stakeholders
    • Reviewing test environment configuration, availability and security to ensure smooth execution of E2E testing
    • Have strong hands on experience/ understanding of; business testing, regression testing, performance testing, smoke testing, system integration testing & production cutover
    • Recommend the appropriate tools and identify areas that are suitable for automation and manual
    • Work within an agile/ waterfall environment

    Essential skills/ experience

    • Prior experience leading E2E testing of applications
    • Experience leading the overarching design, development and delivery of large-scale testing engagements across a broad range of platforms and business areas
    • Experience working with SAP would be an advantage
    • Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies
    • Experience/ ability to deal with conflicts within teams
    • Strong understanding of SDLC
    • ISEB certified


    £350- £400 per day

  • Legal Counsel - Mergers & Acquisitions - M&A - 12 month (FTC)
    £70000 - £120000 per annum bonus

    A leading healthcare company seeks Legal Counsel to join their organisation to deliver legal guidance around M&A.

    As this will be the case you will be expected to have Team Leadership experience, a strong educational background and be a qualified lawyer (PQE). You will need a strong background in have Mergers and Acquisitions legal processes.
