Test lead architect
British universal financial institution is seeking a Lead Test Architect to join a key test team within the business to support their development and the building of a new Data Platform, involving hybrid working at their Glasgow office.
The test lead will be responsible for technical leadership and management for the test team, as well as afforded the opportunity to lead formal functional and non-functional testing using object orientated testing tools and techniques. They will support and assist in defining, developing and implementing the test automation strategy and test reporting for continuous integration testing and regression test suites. Further, a key function of the role will involve driving innovation and integration of new QA technologies into projects and activities in the software quality assurance organisation.
The successful test lead will have the following experience:
- Independently able to perform complex test analysis.
- Hands on experience in any of the programming languages like java, c, c++ etc.
- Hands on experience of building CI Framework for supporting Continuous Integration and Continuous Development.
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience of leading testing on projects within data driven environment and have a background of designing and implementing test cases which can test the flow of the data
