I am currently looking for an experienced Trading Systems Test Analyst to join a top financial organisation based in London. The role will be a contract role and will be working on a new project within the business.


Responsibilities:


Create test strategies, approaches, plans, scripts, summary reports, compliance documents and technical designs for all types of testing

Write scripts to create and manipulate test data

Design, automate, and execute non-functional tests, support all test phases

Monitor and report on test progress, collect and report test metrics, analyse and present test results

Provide root cause analysis for non-functional defects found during testing and in live systems

Investigate test failures, extend automation coverage, provide data analysis for the business

Essential skills/experience:

Technical Test Analyst

Banking knowledge- FX, Equities, Fixed Income etc

Extensive experience in front-end and back-end testing of multi-tier applications

Intermediate scripting and SQL skills

Knowledge of UNIX and Windows environments for development and testing
