Front End UI Developer

McGregor Boyall has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Front End Developer to join a growing global financial services organization who lead the way in technological innovation and have their epicenter of technology based in their flagship Glasgow office.

You will join a fast-paced and growing team, taking on leadership responsibilities which including the mentoring of junior members of the team as well as the technical design and strategy of the product. You will work with Front-End technologies including React, Javascript, HTML, CSS and with NodeJS.

This is initially a 3 – 6 month contract position with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.

Experience Required:

  • Extensive front-end development experience using Javascript
  • React experience
  • Experience of developing performant and maintainable UI's alongside UI/UX design specialists
  • Knowledge of UI Design Principles
  • HTML, CSS
  • NodeJS
  • SQL
