Our client a globally recognised blue chip organisation is looking for an experienced social media manager to join the marketing team. You will be responsible for helping set the direction for social media, content, partnerships, events and Digital PR for the organisation.

  • Responsible for managing a full range of social media channels, analysing and evaluating relative effectiveness, identifying and developing a presence on new platforms.
  • Develop Social Media proposals in support of key campaigns where appropriate
  • Develop new Social Media channels and creative assets to support Marketing and business strategy
  • Manage relationships with social media agencies, monitoring insights from social listening
  • Continually reporting and use metrics to capture trends and measure success of social media engagement.
  • Ensure the customer experience of Social Media is seamless and well integrated

Experience required:

  • Current/recent experience managing social media channels and optimising earned media usage within a large corporate
  • Good understanding and expertise in digital innovation with a high awareness of new developments and trends in the digital space
  • Experience in digital marketing and managing digital activities, e.g. website management, content creation, online journey management etc.
  • Experience across a variety of social channels Inc. Twitter, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn

  • Commercial Manager- IT BPO - £65,000
    £50000 - £65000 per annum Benefits

    A leading financial services organisation is looking for a strong Commercial Manager to join the organisation’s commercial delivery team, which aims to define and implement the companie’s long term sourcing strategy.


    • Providing subject matter expertise as part of developing the commercial strategy
    • Drafting and developing key commercial deliverables such as the commercial schedules of the contract, bidder information during market warming, and the commercial elements of other procurement documentation
    • Commercial expertise as part of the negotiating of the future contract with bidders during the procurement phase of the programme.
    • Regular engagement with senior stakeholders, both internal and external.
    • Commercial strategy including evaluation of and recommendations for appropriate pricing models for the next contract
    • Development of key deliverables for the procurement process, such as the evaluation methodology, procurement process documents and supplier information
    • Commercial schedules of the draft and final contract
    • Commercial elements of the negotiation strategy, supporting material and ongoing procurement process
    • Providing input to the Commercial Accountant for the financial model that will underpin the Commercial Strategy.
    • Relationships & autonomy
    • Day-to-day, the role holder would expect to work closely with the Head of Commercial, Commercial Accountant and senior managers across the organisation
    • Expected to work in a matrix organisation with a mix of internal staff (permanent, freelance and consultancy).

    Key Required Skills:

    • Knowledge and expertise in commercial definition and negotiation of large financial service contracts
    • Category experience and experience of complex deals over £10m
    • Good understanding of contract law in relation to provision of BPO and IT services.
    • Good understanding of how contractual arrangements fit with operational reality
    • Experience of working with a large government on sourcing options and commercial models
    • Sourcing a procurement strategy expeirence
    • Demonstrable experience of the commercials of large-scale outsourcing project with a business services or IT focus.
    • Analytical and fast thinking with the ability to come up with creative solutions to commercial problems
    • Excellent commercial writing skills
    • Experience working with and influencing senior colleagues
    • An understanding of the UK pensions environment would be beneficial

  • Service Manager
    £42000 - £50000 per annum

    The Company:

    Our client a technology specialist company focused exclusively on helping customers with their customer contact centre technology challenges. They are the fastest growing and most dynamic contact centre specialist in the UK and they are looking for an experienced and innovative Service Manager to welcome to our Solution Delivery team. The role will be home-based but their will be travel to the client sites in across the central belt of Scotland.

    The Role:

    This is a senior customer facing role responsible for delivering service management to a high standard across several allocated accounts, whilst maintaining a close oversight of any project delivery activities to ensure that all services and projects are delivered consistently and to a high standard.

    Lead and champion industry best practice service management standards and processes with consistent application, underpinned by an ITIL service framework.

    Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key stakeholders at multiple levels

    Chair monthly service review and quarterly business review meetings. Coordinate ad-hoc conference calls as required to support the delivery of major incident, problem and change support services, specifically to manage customer expectations in line with the support agreement.

    Governance across all areas of customer service, including incident management, change management, service management, continual service improvement


    • Project management skills and experience

    • Knowledge of the Customer Service/Contact Centre industry
    • Voice Self Service and Proactive Outreach MI data processing and reporting analysis
    • Experience of working with and managing 3rd party vendors

    • Ideally educated to degree level in computer or mathematics related subject

  • Big Data Developer
    £70000 - £90000 per annum Benefits

    An opportunity has arisen for a Big Data Developer to work for a large online gaming consultant in London. This a permanent position.

    What you will do:

    • Design develop and support real time data platform
    • conceptualize, evaluate and build proof of concepts on new models, tools and techniques
    • collaborate, peer review, cross skill and share expertise with other team members
    • performance tuning of the system and work on new ways to increase efficiency

    Key requirements:

    • Experience working with high volumes of data
    • Solid experience with Kafka
    • Strong knowledge of database design
    • Good understanding of ETL design
    • Good knowledge of Hadoop, spark, SQL and JAVA or Scala
