An award winning and market leading online business who are the frontrunners in their particular sector. This an established but growing business and due to this they are looking to expand their software development teams further.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a technical capacity but also manage/lead a team of developers. You will act as the team lead, taking the lead on projects, ensuring your team follows software development best practices, mentoring the team, and running daily scrums.

You will ensure that the development team tasks are managed effectively, and ensure that applications are produced that meet business requirements and meet the quality requirements. In addition, you will work alongside Technical Architects to assist with the re-architecture and development of key applications.

The Person

Key skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of C#, ASP.Net, and MVC.
  • Experience in delivering software development application solutions.
  • Experience in leading/managing teams or projects.
  • Experience of software development best practices e.g. Agile, TDD, and Continuous Integration.
  • Experience of architecture, full software development life cycle, and design.
