Our client is looking for someone who has deep Business Process Improvement experience ideally within a Professional Service background but we will consider other sectors.
You will be working closely with wider Projects, SDM, QA & Analysis teams as well as working alongside operational and training team scoping, identifying and building value-added solutions.
You'll have the opportunity of being involved in Process Improvement from the outset and really be able to make a difference in the team and take ownership these projects. You will also be working with non-specialist audiences as well as stakeholders at all levels.
You'll ideally have strong experience with process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, VSM, Prince2, white/yellow/green/black belt and experience using process mapping tools.
