They're seeking an experienced and passionate Process Improvement Lead to help drive Lean Process Improvements across the organisation focusing on their Leeds office.

Our client is looking for someone who has deep Business Process Improvement experience ideally within a Professional Service background but we will consider other sectors.
You will be working closely with wider Projects, SDM, QA & Analysis teams as well as working alongside operational and training team scoping, identifying and building value-added solutions.

You'll have the opportunity of being involved in Process Improvement from the outset and really be able to make a difference in the team and take ownership these projects. You will also be working with non-specialist audiences as well as stakeholders at all levels.

You'll ideally have strong experience with process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, VSM, Prince2, white/yellow/green/black belt and experience using process mapping tools.

  • Data Administrator
    £250 - £380 per day

    Data Administrator

    Our client, a financial services group is seeking an experienced Data Administrator to join the team based in the London.

    Major duties and responsibilities of the job

    • Analyze data collected from clients and 3rd party sources to isolate and resolve discrepancies.
    • Maintain a single data source which underpins the application and other future services.
    • Identify enhancements with a newly defined data administration process with the intention of 1) reducing potential for data discrepancies impacting clients and 2) streamlining the data administration process.
    • Work with Sales, Analytics, Product Management, On boarding, ETL, App Support, and IT Admin in accordance with the “Client Data Administration Process”.
    • Manage a minimum of two Data Administration resources responsible for supporting analysis, reconciliation, and maintenance of data.
    • Engage with clients, custodians, and third party providers as needed to resolve questions on data discrepancies.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    Competencies required for successful job performance

    • Expert level knowledge of SQL (SQL-92 or variants e.g. T-SQL, PL/SQL)
    • Advanced Excel, proficient MS Office
    • Strong analytical skills and experience
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

    Essential Qualifications

    Experience, education and any certifications as necessary for successful job performance

    • IT, Mathematical, Computer Science, Economics or similar analytical subject
    • Degree (desirable)

  • Senior Service Management Analyst
    £55000 - £62000 per annum Benefits

    The Role:

    • Future contract schedules in the area of service management which are capable of delivering excellent outcomes for a future scheme as well as managing to balance customer goals and commercial impacts
    • Expert analysis and recommendations on issues related to the company’s requirements.
    • Preparing internal papers for submission to internal decision forums, whilst using briefing papers and discussion documents to generate appropriate decision making within the programme


    • Demonstrable experience of product design and/or delivery in the pensions or financial services sector
    • Practical experience of solution or process design
    • Experience of defining requirements for service-based contracts
    • Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to critically analyse issues, consider options and develop recommendations based on solid reasoning

    Candidates should have:

    • Extensive banking experience within portfolio management and driving portfolio performance.
