Temporary Staffing Manager

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the day to day operations
  • Developing and leading a small Team
  • Ensuring compliance with NHS-I agency cap / weekly reporting
  • Improving systems and processes relating to temporary staffing
  • Leading on the development of the internal Bank system, driving down agency usage and delivering savings for the Trust
  • Improving processes and streamlining recruitment of Bank and Agency staff across the organisation
  • Meeting quality standards across the trust
  • Driving efficiency savings, whist achieving targets on quality hiring across clinical and non-clinical disciplines
  • Working closely with the E-rostering team to ensure that effective processes are in place for managing staffing requirements.

Experience as Temporary Staffing Manager or with NHS bank and temporary staffing is essential.
