Our client is a well-respected retail bank based here in Edinburgh with a heavy focus on customer service. Therefore, they are looking to bring on a User Researcher to help understand the needs and concerns of it's customer base – this may include depth interviews, focus groups, and other research as identified.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Analysing research outcomes and develop professional reports
  • Preparing for design research
  • When required, work with project teams to identify a roadmap of research activities across their project.
  • Liaising with and using research to influence key stakeholders including senior management and product teams, by conducting research activities to gain buy-in to make Customer improvements.
  • Contributing to project outputsEnsuring all research projects have defined goals and objectives and outputs can be measured and easily understood by project teams and the User Research Team.

What we would like you to have:

  • Good senior stakeholder management of teams
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Good team management skills
  • Strong background in HCI (Human–computer interaction), cognitive psychology, or related field
  • Experience with the finance sector is desirable

    SEO Web Optimization Developer

    Our client is seeking an experienced SEO Web Optimization Developer to join the team based in the London.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • The client needs a technical resource who has hands-on knowledge and expertise on web optimization tasks.
    • The requirements of the job will be to conduct comprehensive technical audit of client's products and highlight significant issues & optimization problems.
    • Frame an implementation plan for solving each of these issues with clear steps.
    • Implement the solution either directly or by working closely with the client's engineering team.
    • Understand and track the results of web optimization efforts and turn them into actionable items.
    • This position will focus primarily on website optimization.
    • An ideal candidate will have experience with Web Optimization best practices, SQL and Google Analytics along with some knowledge of web development and communication skills

    Required Skills & Experience:
