UX Designer - Financial Services

£501 - £650 per day

UX Designer - Financial Services - London - £650

McGregor-Boyall are currently working with a Global Investment Bank to secure a UX Designer. You will be responsible for assisting in the development of creating high fidelity interactive prototypes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and iterate through pixel perfect interactive prototypes to meet requirements of the business for a range of product areas
  • Strong understanding of Lean UX techniques
  • Conduct user interviews, surveys and best practice studies for requirements extraction and validation
  • Work closely with the sales floor / Traders
  • Rapidly create assets on demand during sprint cycles when required (pixel dimensions, SVG’s, page templates)
  • Contribute the existing style guide/ pattern library

Key skills & experience:

  • Must have experience with web page application design as opposed to brochure-ware design
  • Must have excellent communication skills and ability articulate design decisions to stakeholders
  • Excellent sense of spactial awareness with good clean deign
  • Experience with widget/ component design and consideration for cross platform/ mobile responsiveness
  • Advanced knowledge of relevant interactive prototyping software such as Axure (others considered).
  • Graphical tools: Photoshop, Illustrator and other

  • Regulatory Compliance Officer
    £45000 - £55000 per annum + Benefits

    Monitoring

    • Provide assistance in developing and implementing a risk-based compliance monitoring programme, identifying, assessing, monitoring and reporting all material compliance risks.
    • Key responsibility for day to day monitoring and reporting of compliance risks.

    Risk Assessment

    • Drive the compliance risk assessment process ensuring that the compliance risks are appropriately identified and assessed.

    AML

    • Assist the Compliance Department and Front Line to ensure that appropriate AML due diligence checks are carried out.
    • Assist the Compliance Department in keeping internal processes and procedures up to date as required due to regulatory changes.

    Reporting

    • Prepare standard and ad-hoc information and data reports for internal and external reports as required.
    • Prepare and manage appropriate timely management information on compliance and regulatory issues including suggested mitigating actions.
    • Provide input into the Annual Compliance Plan
    • Assist with preparing and coordinating ad-hoc reports on compliance developments as required.

    My Client a large Investment Bank in London are seeking a Analyst to work within a large Global team focusing on implementing feature requests and small enhancements to the internal system. The banks initiative is to use the internal system to keep position of the company’s global database.

    £55000 - £70000 per annum

    My leading global investment bank are looking to bring on a Portfolio PMO Analyst to join their International Change PMO.

    Candidates should have:

    • Extensive investment banking experience.
    • Strong PMO skills and working in global PMO functions.
    • Exposure to regulatory change initiatives.
    • Must have worked in a global PMO role
    • Portfolio level experience on financial management, scope control & RAID metrics.
    • Ability to manage and coordinate activities and resources in a project life cycle.
    • Excellent financial analysis & tracking skills. (includes variance analysis, forecast vs actuals).
    • Strong analytical skills to be able to interpret and synthesize complex business and technical environments to scope and control project work which aggregates at portfolio level
    • Ability to identify and correlate dependencies between projects and plans
    • Excellent senior stakeholder engagement skills (will be regularly consulting with delivery partners and stakeholders on performance and strategy).
    • Degree or equivalent level education and/or professional project management qualification e.g. Prince 2, PMI, Six Sigma
    • Excellent proficiency with MS Office suite and proficient with SharePoint, Clarity, PlanView
