Our client is the global leader in interactive and digital entertainment with some of the most used products in the gaming industry globally.

They need a UX Writer on a contract basis, to help define the user experience for their existing products, services and websites and to deliver high-quality messaging based on the style guides and business goals. In this role, you will manage the UX content from end to end providing feedback in early stages through to final stakeholder approval. You will work closely with engineers, designers and product owners to improve the overall customer experience and develop the brand voice.

This role would suit you if you have professional writing experience, that must be in a UX role with interactive experience. You will enjoy collaborating with various teams and working to a tight deadlines and briefs. You will also have an interest in emerging technologies in web, mobile and other devices, with experience working in video games, movies, TV and entertainment industries.

    You will join a global team with a strong and experienced local team based in their flagship Glasgow office, and will work on solutions used across the business by various teams including Production Management and Environment Management applications.     • Manage AV supplier vendor relations. Structure, facilitate and manage global procurement agreements for products and services
    • Manage the deployment of Multimedia projects and assist in the detailing of all the areas of the business that need to be brought together under the Multimedia remit.
    • Develop the project scope and the touch points across projects identifying the required resources for each project stream.

A successful pension provider based in the heart of Canary Wharf need an Internal Communications Manager to join the team on a contract basis. Due to their ongoing initiatives and change projects across the business, they require extra support within the Internal Communications and Employee Engagement team. However, this role could be extended beyond the 6 months.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Support, deliver and contribute to the internal communications and staff engagement strategies.
  • Maintain and improve the intranet platform, along with all other channels.
  • Support various senior stakeholders within the business to support with any change initiatives taking place, responding to their urgent requests.
  • Provide communications advice on the various channels to use to achieve the highest level of engagement, either through video content, intranet content, email or via events.
  • Contribute to regular reports for senior management on internal communications activities and progress.
  • Report to the Head of Central Communications and work closely with various stakeholders across the business to embed the company culture and values.

You will have:

  • Experience with an Internal Communications function.
  • Experience using CMS, preferably SharePoint.
