The role

As a Vice President, you will join the Trading Risk Management team of a Tier 1 bank.

Much of your focus will be on interacting with clients and stakeholders to provide a specialist solution to optimize their portfolios from all perspectives.

The responsibilities

  • Manage client objectives to satisfy their portfolio's.
  • Utilize risk tools for exposure purposes
  • Coordinate the production of presentations and documentation of various topics
  • Familiar with risk concepts (VaR, Factor Sensitivities)
  • Experienced with stress testign and empirical data

Essential experience

  • Degree in business, finance or mathematics
  • Relevant exposure in the financial industry
  • Comfortable with foreign exchange
  • Agile in working accross various areas with different members of the team

  • Marketing Lead

    Working with a digital asset business is seeking a marketing lead on a permanent basis. This is a new role which would establish the marketing function across the business.

    The business draws together substantial expertise from banking, asset administration, fund management, trading, and digital asset security to establish a secure and scalable digital asset investment business. To support the rapid growth of the company and to accelerate the institutional adoption of digital assets, they are actively seeking to onboard best marketing lead to continue their success story.

    The role:

    • Develop and deliver on their brand strategy and marketing globally
    • Work closely with the sales team to build competitor analysis and create targeted marketing campaigns
    • Establish positioning, identify target audiences and develop marketing campaigns with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
    • Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies and increase brand awareness and engagement through all digital channels
    • Create, maintain and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.

    Ideal candidate:

    • Track record in delivering marketing results within a regulated or financial services industry is a must
    • Experience working in the crypto and digital asset space would be advantageous
    • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy

    This is a hybrid role with 2/3 days in the office whilst team is being established.

    Seeking a Compensation Specialist for a VP level role within global banking institution to support on all compensation activity across the UK & EMEA. It is a fantastic opportunity with a breadth of responsibilities for an individual to continue to grow and develop expertise in this space.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Providing expert advice relating to all aspects of compensation to HR Business Partners and broader business stakeholders
    • Support projects and processes in the compensation space including market benchmarking, analytics and annual remuneration review
    • Advise on structuring creative and competitive compensation packages to attract and retain employees
    • Collaborate with other compensation product teams to implement the products and policies across all business functions globally
    • Lead and facilitate the business on all regulatory remuneration requirements including processes and disclosures
    • Proactively share knowledge and help to develop team members to build professional capability for the good of the function.

    Core Requirements Include:

    • Experience of working within the financial services sector within the compensation space- preferably within banking
    • Sound knowledge and experience of the compensation across the UK and EMEA region.
    • Good understanding of the regulatory, legal and social requirements for compensation across the UK and EMEA regions.
    • Good understanding of market benchmarking and job evaluation methodologies (McLagan preferable)
    • Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
    • Excellent communication skills
