My client is an international banking group who offer a wide range of retail, commercial, corporate, private banking, and international trade finance services. Due to expansive growth, they are seeking a VP – Relationship Manager (Corporate Banking).

The banking group has a domestic distribution network that includes over 800 branches and around 14,000 employees. Having been established in Germany now for over 20years, they are taking a bold step to transform the German location into a strong, diversified stand-alone business model, supported by modern greenfield technology and operations platform focusing on stronger Corporate Banking incl. Trade Finance, stronger Wealth Management with a better platform and a wider product range and as a top priority, becoming a digital SME challenger.

As a VP Relationship Manager, you will have a long tradition in relationship management in corporate banking with a good solid network with German Corporates who perhaps have operations or suppliers in Turkey and can be influential in creating and delivering corporate banking solutions designed especially for the German market.

Key Responsibility:

  • Deepening the foundation and trust with existing clients but creating and implementing a clear positioning strategy to win new clients within certain industry segments in Germany
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing companies and organizations to ensure Bank’s maximum profitability.
  • Maintaining a deep knowledge of Bank’s products and services to identify and develop new businesses and market them in the identified target sectors
  • Manage customer relationships through regular calls and visit to identify their needs, requirements, and proposing suitable solutions
  • Establish quality profit-earning customer relationship within the target market
  • Researching and pursuing new business opportunities.

The Person:

  • Degree educated
  • Successful sales and relationship management track record within the corporate banking and really want to take on the challenge of not just winning new portfolios but being part of the decision-making process in the expansion of our division and leaving your footprint in the future success of the division.
  • Having worked in the corporate banking sector you have a deep knowledge and understanding of Corporate Banking products, and are able to not only advise customers, but also be able to tip of product managers on new trends and help secure the basis for our future business offerings.
  • It would be advantageous if you possess knowledge in structured trade finance, syndication, and project financing
  • Must be able to speak Fluent German. Speaking Turkish is advantageous

    Are you an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer or infrastructure engineer with the ability to help us progress our journey into DevOps?

    We are looking for Azure Cloud Engineers at various levels to work in our Platforms team to help automate and provision environments across our platforms and to assist in the design, implementation and maintenance of our Azure environment. You will also help transition workloads from on premise to cloud.
