Seeking a Wellbeing Initiatives Lead for a 6 month contract to support the Global Head of Health & Wellbeing to launch and implement new initiatives related to employees’ wellbeing. This role is pivotal for supporting the deployment of a new wellbeing framework and strategy by creating global alignment and enabling execution of targeted, data-driven initiatives to supports the ongoing transformation within the organisation and the changing world of work.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of the wellbeing strategy and roadmap by designing and successfully deploying a range of innovative and evidence-based interventions to meet employee needs.
  • Work with various stakeholders across the organisation, particularly Inclusion & Diversity and Wellbeing contacts in affiliates around the globe to ensure that strategy is well understood, and local practices and initiatives align to global ambitions.
  • Establish networks internally and externally to discover evidence-based best practices, innovative thinking and solutions to meet current and emerging health and wellbeing needs, including advancements in the use of technology and data
  • Contribute to the developing knowledge base of which leadership and management capabilities are needed to effectively support people’s health and wellbeing and foster a culture of
  • Ensure involvement and empowerment where people are encouraged to take ownership and responsibility by being involved in decision-making through having access to relevant information about health and
  • Focus on making continuous improvements to the way health and wellbeing is managed, including changes to policy and
  • Evaluate and report on the impact of wellbeing initiatives. Manage the budget with a focus on business value and return on

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience and background in the wellbeing space
  • Experience of working within a complex, global matrix organisation
  • Experience of embedding initiatives within tight time scales
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of innovative thinking based on latest trends in health & wellbeing space
  • Data driven approach applied to continuous improvements

    Are you an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer or infrastructure engineer with the ability to help us progress our journey into DevOps?

    We are looking for Azure Cloud Engineers at various levels to work in our Platforms team to help automate and provision environments across our platforms and to assist in the design, implementation and maintenance of our Azure environment. You will also help transition workloads from on premise to cloud.


    Essential experience working with Azure IaaS and PaaS in a DevOps capacity.

    • You will help build and develop governance around Azure cloud solutions including networking, security and development pipelines
