Windows 10 Deployment- Business Engagement Lead- W Midlands
I am currently looking for a Business Engagement Lead (Windows 10) to join a top organisation based around the West Midands area. The role will be a contract role and will be working on a new project within the business.
Responsibilities
The candidate must demonstrate customer focused (a) face to face communication (b) online communication via TEAMS, email or SharePoint and personal, face to face exchange of Windows 7 devices for Windows 10 devices following strict COVID19 rules. The candidate must have the ability to travel to different sites within a week to complete an agreed days work. The candidate must also have the ability to understand IT and schedule related issues and manage them in a way that avoids conflict and delivers a good customer experiences.
Skills & Experience
IT Support experience
This is an IT project that requires the candidate to be motivated to understand published FAQ and known issues around Windows 10.
Must be willing to travel
A candidate with IT management experience will be selected especially if they meet experience and desirable requirements.
A candidate with experience in Windows 10 deployments, Windows 10 operating system and application compatibility issues will be selected as a preference over all applications.
Proven experience in service in customer facing employment such as service

Our client, a highly regarded global financial services organisation are looking to appoint a HR Systems Lead for a global project that will focus on Talent Succession and Internal Mobility.
Reporting into the Head of HR Design and Solution Architecture with a dotted line reporting into the Future Skills programme, this role will have overall accountabilities of:
- Acting as the design lead for key projects or initiatives with a focus on Talent Succession Internal Mobility.
- Owning the planning and implementation of SRT and UAT for the Future Skills programme.
- Applying employee experience / service mindset to develop the solutions.
