We are looking to recruit an experienced Windows Infrastructure engineer. In this role you will provide 3rd line support in a Windows based infrastructure working as part of an integrated Network and Infrastructure team.
To be a success in this role you will to have an indepth knowledge of infrastructure technology including Windows, Active Directory and Exchange. Experience of migrating to and supporting Office 365 would be an advantage as would experience with a mainstream Cloud technology such as Azure or AWS. You should also have sufficient network knowledge to undertake basic troubleshooting and provide back up network infrastructure colleagues. As part of this team you will work on major BAU incidents and take a technical lead on infrastructure projects.
