Although Nathan had no prior experience within the recruitment industry he chose to join us because he really enjoyed meeting the senior leadership team during the interview process and felt that the company would be a great environment to work in.
Nathan praises the training and development programmes at McGregor Boyall, especially the training in planning, time management and client management which helped him progress to Consultant in 2015.
He also praises the opportunities he has had to work with different people and a large variety of clients.
Nathan was recently promoted to Senior Consultant and is now working hard to become a Principal Consultant.
