This was Sanjee’s first role within recruitment, having previously worked as a Sales Manager for a large car rental company.
Sanjee joined McGregor Boyall because we had been recommended to him by a friend, who told him how we are different to many other recruitment agencies due to our focus on developing our Consultants to ensure they are successful.
With strong guidance from his fellow team members and a structured development plan that was personally tailored, Sanjee was promoted to a full 360 Recruiter after just 7 months at McGregor Boyall.
Sanjee now heads up the PMO Desk within Change & Transformation and has plans to grow his own team over the next few years.
