The Opportunity

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant in the Finance space, you will be working alongside the Head of Practice to grow this function. This is a true 360 role, but with a large client platform to leverage off across both FS and Commerce & Industry. You are able to work a dual desk and both UK and International roles of all levels within the Finance space. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of shaping and growing a team.

McGregor Boyall are looking for a professional, hard working internal recruiter to work with the Senior TA Manager to source, qualify and secure the best talent of all levels, across our UK offices. This is an initial 6 month contract with the potential to move into an permanent role.

The Opportunity

As an Internal Recruiter, you will be working closely with Stakeholders across our UK offices to understand their hiring needs and timeframes. You will recruit for internal positions from Trainee Recruitment Consultants, all the way through to Management hires. You will manage the full process from the screening stage to the offer stage, which includes working with back office to draw up contracts.

Typically you can expect your day to include;

  • Identifying and interviewing suitable candidates for your roles
  • Writing adverts and CV searching via various job boards
  • Headhunting
  • Networking
  • Screening candidates via phone and face to face interviews
  • Providing feedback to candidates
  • Preparing candidates for interviews
  • Building a good relationship with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs
  • Managing the full candidate process
