The Opportunity

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant in the Cyber / InfoSec space, you will be working alongside the Manager to grow the team and client base. This is a true 360 role, but with a large client platform to leverage off and live roles to work. You are able to work a dual desk and both UK and International roles of all levels within the Cyber space. This role sits within our Tech SME team.

The Opportunity

As an Associate Consultant, you will be responsible for finding the best candidates in the market for our existing client base. You will be working on live jobs, writing adverts, networking and head hunting + screening candidates over the phone and via face to face meetings. You will be shadowing your Manager on client and candidate meetings and at events too, so you get the best live training possible.

Senior Recruitment Consultant, Java Development

McGregor Boyall are a global Technology Recruitment company who have been around for 32 years. We are currently hiring an experienced Recruitment Consultant with expertise in the Development market to join us in our London office. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience in a 360 Recruitment role, with a strong emphasis on Delivery / Client Development. We have a very warm desk of clients to pass across to you within the Financial Services space, and you will have full responsibility for managing these accounts and growing them out.


The Team;
Our top performing Development team is 18 people in London. Each consultant works a dual desk within a specific niche focus. This role will focus on Java Development into Financial Services. The team are hard working and driven, credible, sociable, collaborative and fun!

We are looking for;

  • Minimum of 12 months 360 Recruitment experience (Development / Java)
  • Strong Business Development and client development skills
  • Good relationship building / Account Management skills
  • Someone who wants to take on a good amount of responsibility from day one
  • Someone who is driven and ambitious
