I’m Lily, an Associate Consultant specifically focused on the BA/PM market. Originally from Australia, I relocated internationally at 15, an experience that sparked my adaptability and deepened my appreciation for connecting with people from diverse backgrounds. More recently, I solo-travelled across Asia, which further strengthened my independence, problem-solving skills, and global perspective. These life experiences naturally led me to a career in recruitment, where I now work at McGregor Boyall. In my role, I focus on building meaningful relationships and matching the right talent with the right opportunities, driven by a genuine passion for people and new challenges.
