We have partnered with a global consultancy looking to hire their Global Payroll & Benefits Manager. This pivotal role oversees day-to-day payroll operations and benefits administration across multiple regions. This role blends hands‑on payroll oversight, benefits administration, and team leadership, and close partnership with HR and senior leaders.

Key areas:

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of UK & International payrolls across Europe and Asia.
  • Own UK payroll year‑end, including P11D and payrolled benefits, ensuring full statutory compliance
  • Manage UK benefits and DC pension administration, including auto‑enrolment governance
  • Line manage and develop a small payroll team, providing day‑to‑day leadership and oversight
  • Coordinate payroll approvals, query management, and supplementary payrolls (including share vestings)
  • Support payroll system upgrades, process improvement, and high‑quality reporting for senior HR stakeholders

Ideal Background

  • Strong UK payroll expertise with proven year‑end and compliance experience
  • Experience coordinating international payrolls in a multi‑jurisdiction environment
  • Knowledge of restricted share vestings (essential)
  • ResourceLink and ADP Celergo exposure (desirable)
  • Advanced Excel skills, strong attention to detail, and confidence operating under pressure
