Job Title: HR Administrator (6-Month Contract)
Location: Belfast (Hybrid/Office-based)
Rate: £19-£20 per hour

Overview
A leading global banking organisation is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their team in Belfast on a 6-month contract. This role sits within a busy HR operations function, supporting onboarding activity and ensuring all right-to-work compliance checks are completed accurately across multiple international locations.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a global financial services environment, working with stakeholders across EMEA and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and complete right-to-work verification processes for employees across multiple countries, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Support end-to-end onboarding administration, delivering a high-quality and timely service to new hires and stakeholders
  • Handle day-to-day HR operational tasks including logging queries, responding to requests, preparing documentation, and maintaining workflow tracking
  • Maintain and update employee records across HR systems, including document management and data entry
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all onboarding requirements are met
  • Act as a subject matter support point for work authorisation queries within the team
  • Assist in resolving more complex or escalated onboarding and compliance cases
  • Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of HR processes, procedures, and training materials
  • Support onboarding coverage across EMEA regions where required

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in HR administration, onboarding, experience in financial services environments.
  • Knowledge of right-to-work or employment verification processes (multi-country exposure desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data accurately
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a busy environment
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
