About the role

A global organisation within the digital entertainment sector is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join on a 9‑month fixed term basis during a period of significant change.

This role will partner closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver people solutions that support organisational transformation, drive performance, and enhance employee experience. You will play a hands-on role in embedding change, strengthening leadership capability, and enabling a customer‑centric, agile culture across a fast‑paced, multi‑jurisdictional environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Act as a trusted partner to leaders, supporting business goals through effective people strategies
  • Lead and support organisational change and transformation initiatives, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement
  • Use internal and external data to diagnose people challenges and co‑create practical solutions
  • Enhance employee experience through insights from engagement surveys, employee forums, skip‑levels and data analysis
  • Coach and challenge managers to take ownership of people processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Provide HR generalist support including employee relations, performance management, organisation design, talent and development, and policy interpretation
  • Support global mobility activity and act as a local partner for HR teams based in other regions
  • Contribute to and deliver people projects aligned to the broader people roadmap
  • Design and implement scalable local solutions (e.g. onboarding) aligned to global "hire to retire" processes

What we're looking for

Essential

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast‑moving, complex and multi‑country environment
  • Strong track record of supporting organisational change and transformation programmes
  • Confidence influencing and partnering with senior leaders
  • Experience working across different cultures with a solid understanding of global HR practices
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience using insights and analytics to inform decisions
  • Solid employee relations experience including disciplinary, grievance, performance, redundancy and redeployment cases
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and adapt in a changing environment
  • Strong coaching capability to develop manager confidence and effectiveness

Desirable

  • Project management experience
  • Professional HR qualification (e.g. CIPD or equivalent)
  • Formal change management training or certification (e.g. Prosci)
