Salary:

• Manager: £67k London / £55k Cardiff / £45k Belfast

• Senior Manager: £77k London / £64k Cardiff / £59k Belfast

A leading consulting firm is expanding its Managed Services solutioning team and is hiring Managers and Senior Managers to help design and shape large public sector managed service opportunities.

This is a business-focused role, responsible for designing operating models, service delivery approaches, and transformation solutions for major government programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end managed service solutions for public sector clients

• Develop operating models and service delivery frameworks

• Contribute to public sector bids and tenders

• Support transition and mobilisation planning for new services

• Work with partners and SMEs to build commercially viable solutions

Experience Required

• Public sector experience

• Background in managed services, service transformation, or operating model design

• Experience contributing to bids or tenders

• Strong business solution design capability

This role is business-focused rather than technical, so candidates with purely IT architecture backgrounds are unlikely to be suitable.
