McGregor Boyall Announces Leadership Transition: Lucy Frost to Depart as Group Managing Director, Richard Lett Appointed

McGregor Boyall announces that after an incredible 15-year journey with the firm, Lucy Frost has decided to step down as Group Managing Director. Lucy has been an integral part of the McGregor Boyall story, joining the firm as Talent Manager back in 2010, becoming People Director in 2012, before stepping into the Group Managing Director role following the untimely passing of our founder and CEO in 2023.

Reflecting on her time at McGregor Boyall, Lucy shared:

“These years have been some of the most fulfilling of my professional life. From business and leadership to understanding the true value of people, I’ve learned so much along the way. What I will miss most are the truly outstanding individuals I’ve had the privilege to work with and see grow, which has made my time here deeply rewarding. I leave with immense pride in everything we’ve achieved together and wish the company and its people continued success and growth.”

As part of this transition, McGregor Boyall is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Lett as Group Managing Director. Richard has been with the business for over a decade, most recently as International Managing Director, where he has played a key role in shaping and driving our global strategy.

Commenting on his new role, Richard said:

Working alongside exceptional teams across our global offices has been a privilege, and I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished together.
