I'm James, and I have over fifteen years of recruitment experience spanning locations across the UK, APAC and the Middle East. I spent the first ten years of my career in London, focusing on white-collar construction and real estate clients, before joining a consumer-focused Executive Search business where I was responsible for several C-Suite international search mandates. I have settled in the UAE for the long term and am running international search mandates for McGregor Boyall across a diverse spectrum of disciplines and industries. I am also the custodian of Saudi Arabian clients, visiting the Kingdom on a regular basis.
