Following extensive investment across our client’s Technology and Digital domains and with plans for continued expansion throughout 2019 and beyond, we are currently seeking an IAM Technology Data Management SME to join our client on a full-time, permanent basis.
The IAM Technology UNIX SME role sits within the Identity Access Management Technology Team and reports to the Head of IAM Technology.
Provide subject matter IAM expertise on the UNIX platform
Drive prioritisation of remediation efforts for incidents of non-compliance based on internal risk and compliance requirements
Track and report on remediation efforts to management, highlighting risks to the remediation program
Create a robust escalation process designed to highlight new areas of non-compliance to management
Extensive experience working within an IAM function
Expert level knowledge of UNIX
Proven experience of motivating others to deliver exceptional performance and long terms results
A flexible and adaptable management style with experience of developing yourself and others
Both spoken and written communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered
A track record of making complex business decisions with authority, even in times of ambiguity, considering the potential long-term risks and implications
Experience of creating and deploying comprehensive business/operating plans which consistently deliver desired results

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join the Risk Assessment team in Sheffield.
This role is responsible for conducting risk assessments and providing cloud security consultancy within the Risk Assessment team. You will operate as part of a global team within the Cybersecurity organisation, leading activities to analyse and execute activities around Cybersecurity process, controls, standards and regulatory requirements.
Review design and development artefacts to ensure security quality in the products being developed.
Risk assess Critical Assets for potential security threats and report findings to IT Service Owners and the Business.
Identify risks associated with hosting applications on a Cloud environment.
Support peers and provide guidance to more junior members of the team.
Present and articulate risks to Stakeholders.
Be "hands on" with technology and contribute to the security design, development and support of projects with security recommendations.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
An excellent understanding of general security concepts and principles as well as a good understanding of applications design and architecture
Risk assessment experience with knowledge of Threat Modelling and assessing the impact and likelihood of threat scenarios
Understanding of emerging technologies and corresponding security threats
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience of Cybersecurity best practices, risk assessment and/or security testing/ethical hacking
Experience with Cloud platforms - AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform etc…
