UX Researcher - £700 per day - London

A leading investment bank is looking for a UX Researcher to join their team on an initial 6-month contract. Paying up to £700 per day you will be working out of their state-of-the-art London based offices.

You will play a key role in the design team and be responsibile for raising awareness of Design Research, equipping Product Teams with the means and method for undertaking Design Research and demonstrating the value Design Research has had.

Skills and Experience Required:

• experienced qualitative researcher with a proven ability to scope research, lead fieldwork, conduct interviews, perform desk research, lead synthesis and communicate findings to stakeholders
• experience running & being part of Design Sprints to solve problems and/or develop new products/services following a Design Thinking method.

• strong communicator, capable of inspiring Senior leaders across the Group
• charismatic & personable individual capable of becoming a trusted & respected member of the team & wider Design community.
• Finance experince is a plus

Seeking an experienced service designer with immediate availability for a 6 month contract for a well known high street bank, joining their multi-disciplinary Design team. The role will be defining and enhancing the journey of their business customers. They will need to be effective with liaising with different stakeholders from business analysts to product owners to take propositions to reality.
Responsibilities include:

• Facilitating in discussions and workshops to ensure all concepts, needs and risks are understood and well informed.
• Liaising and communicating with multiple stakeholders including designers, product owners and engineers.
• Understanding and researching hoe services are currently being delivered as well as testing how they may work in the future.

Core skill requirements:

• 3 years min of relevant experience
• Experienced working within financial services or a corporate environment.
• Confident/ experienced with leading a team, giving guidance and support to other members within the team.
• Proactive to achieve both individual and collective goals.
• Experienced with communicating with stakeholders within the process in order to achieve business goals.
