Our client is a professional services company based in the West End. They are now hiring a Reward & Benefits manager to join their team.
In this stand-alone role, you will be responsible for the strategy, design, management, and implementation of the company's compensation and benefits programmes.
You should be experienced in rewards and benefits within professional services.
Duties include:
- Developing the company strategy for compensation and benefits.
- Compensation and benefit data analysis.
- Project management on reward and benefits.
- Reviewing the company's benefits and compensation offerings, including bonus.
- First point of contact for all things compensation and benefits.
Skills/Experience Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in a reward and benefits position.
- Experience working in a professional services company.
- Good data analytical experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders across the business.
- Experience understanding laws and regulations relating to pay and benefits.
