Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and articulate Bid Writer to take ownership of our end-to-end bid process. This is a pivotal role in a small, collaborative team, where you'll work closely with the Marketing and Sales Director, Sales Leadership and C-suite to craft compelling proposals and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end bid writing process, from opportunity tracking to submission.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather technical and delivery input.
- Write clear, persuasive, and tailored responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders.
- Maintain and evolve the Bid Library and support the development of reusable content.
- Support editorial and content needs, including articles and thought leadership pieces.
- Ensure all submissions align with brand tone, compliance standards, and client expectations.
What We're Looking For
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a flair for persuasive and structured content.
- Experience in bid writing, copywriting, or content marketing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with public sector procurement/ Bid process is highly desired.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
