Building services engineer

The Role

As a Building Services Engineer specialising in Heating, you will be responsible for the design, calculation, and specification of heating systems for a diverse range of projects. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality technical solutions are delivered on time and to specification.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and sizing heating system components and installations
• Creating and developing 3D models using Revit
• Supporting concept, detailed design, and execution planning phases
• Coordinating with mechanical, electrical, and other engineering disciplines
• Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Assisting with project delivery from design through to commissioning and handover

About You

• Qualified Building Services Planner/Engineer specialising in Heating (or equivalent qualification)
• Ideally 2+ years of experience in the design and planning of heating systems
• Experience with CAD software; Revit knowledge is highly desirable
• Strong organisational skills with a structured and proactive approach to work
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when required
• Good German language skills
