A leading UK logistics organisation is embarking on a Greenfield SAP implementation and is seeking an experienced Test Environments Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and management of all testing environments across the technology portfolio.
You'll work closely with platform teams, test managers, and project stakeholders to ensure environments are available, stable, and aligned with test timelines and delivery milestones. This is a hands-on, visible role at the centre of a major enterprise transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage all aspects of test environment planning, setup, configuration, and maintenance.
Work closely with internal platform teams, project managers, and external suppliers to ensure environment readiness across multiple test phases.
Establish and maintain environment governance, documentation, and processes.
Define and report on environment KPIs - uptime, booking utilisation, and conflict management.
Support SAP environment management across development, integration, UAT, and performance test phases.
Act as a proactive member of the delivery team - escalating issues, resolving conflicts, and ensuring environment dependencies are tracked and managed.
Contribute to the definition of environment strategies and long-term roadmaps as the programme matures.

Proven experience as a Test Environments Manager or similar role in large, complex programmes.
Strong understanding of SAP landscapes and environment dependencies (ideally S/4HANA or similar).
Background in test management, DevOps, or infrastructure coordination within enterprise environments.
