Senior Executive Assistant - 12-Month Maternity Cover
Location: London (2-3 days in office per week)

We are seeking an experienced and highly proactive Senior Executive Assistant to provide 12-month maternity cover for a Global Head and offer diary and coordination support to their senior leadership team. This is a fast-paced, demanding, and dynamic environment requiring someone who understands senior-level stakeholder management and thrives in a high-performance culture.

About the Role

You will work closely with the Global Head, acting as their key support and trusted partner in day-to-day operations. The role also includes diary and coordination support for their direct reports and wider leadership team across regions, including:

  • (EMEA)

  • (North America)

  • (London)

The successful candidate must be comfortable working with senior leaders who operate in a very traditional and detail-focused manner. Working in busy and demanding environments, working at a pace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full EA support to the Global Head

  • Complex diary management for the Global Head and their direct reports

  • Manage all travel logistics and coordination

  • Prepare printed materials, agendas, meeting packs, and administrative documentation

  • Coordinate leadership team meetings and touchpoints

  • Support with stakeholder communication and follow-up

  • Liaise with EMEA, North America, and London leadership contacts

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly experienced in supporting senior leadership, ideally at a global or executive level

  • Experience working in large matrix finance organisations.
  • Proactive, confident, and able to stay ahead of fast-moving diaries and shifting priorities

  • Comfortable in a traditional environment where structure and precision are essential

  • Exceptional in stakeholder management and communication

  • Calm under pressure, organised, and solutions-driven
