Global Mobility Analyst

Our client is a friendly and prestigious investment bank, based in Belfast, now hiring a Mobility Operations & Projects Analyst to join their team for the next 12-months.

This role requires a proactive and collaborative individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to organize information.

You will:

• Develop and curate engaging content for internal communications (e.g., monthly newsletter), collaborating with the Mobility & Immigration team to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
• Manage and maintain team communication channels, including SharePoint sites, team posts, and email distribution lists.
• Communicate allowance changes to expatriate employees on a defined schedule.
• Maintain and update process documents and templates.
• Maintain user-friendly operating manuals, process guides, templates, and training materials.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in communications, collaboration, and document management.
• Experience supporting senior management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
• Educated in a relevant field to the role.
• Experience in a global company in a mobility role working closely with HR seniors.
