Join a highly reputable organisation within the financial services sector as a Global Payroll and Benefits Manager. This pivotal role oversees day-to-day payroll operations and benefits administration across multiple regions UK, East Asia, Europe; ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and validate global payroll processes, including verification, processing, and payment
- Oversee tax year-end and start-of-year activities, ensuring compliance with HMRC and IRS regulations
- Continuously review and enhance payroll systems, embedding improvements and conducting relevant testing
- Provide guidance and oversight to third-party vendors
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a high-quality, fit-for-purpose payroll and benefits service
Core Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll, ideally within the UK; US payroll experience is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and HR processes
- Payroll qualification (CIPP or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet deadlines.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficiency in payroll and HR technology tools
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Location: Canary Wharf/Home hybrid working (2 days a week in the office)
