We're hiring a Head of People at McGregor Boyall! Join us to shape our people strategy, align it with business goals, and enhance talent management, employee engagement, and development.

McGregor Boyall, a global recruitment consultancy since 1987, spans across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and North America, specialising in mid-senior recruitment for Financial Services, Commerce, Industry, and the Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement people strategies supporting business objectives.

- Oversee talent acquisition and employee development programs.

- Enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.

- Manage performance and ensure competitive rewards.

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage HR risks.

- Handle accreditations and manage DEI, sustainability, and social impact networks.

Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.

- 8+ years in HR leadership, with 5+ years in senior management.

- Experience in recruitment and sales environments.

- Strong HR knowledge, change management experience.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

- High emotional intelligence and proven conflict resolution skills.
